Except as provided in this privacy notice, we will not provide your information to third parties. The third parties to whom we may disclose your information are obliged to comply with laws and regulations to keep your information confidential and secure. If they would like to use your information for any other purpose, they must notify you and obtain your consent.

In particular, if you submit a search or registration request to the ALR then the information you provide will be processed by our experienced team in India, who are run through Albion Consulting Private Limited. The information transferred to that team will be protected through our contractual relationship with them.
